Misurazione simultanea di un segnale strain gauge e un canale di temperatura è molto utile. Il J2DT è stato sviluppato per questo motivo. La temperatura viene misurata con elevata precisione e riprodotta insieme al segnale strain gauge gestita dall'unità di controllo come sengnale ti tensione.
